Our Program

Brown Girls of Tomorrow is a vibrant and empowering hybrid mentoring program designed exclusively for middle and high school girls. We’re on a mission to equip our mentees with the skills, confidence, and tools they need to shine in life beyond high school.

Our program isn’t just a checklist—it’s an experience! We focus on four powerful pillars: leadership development, mental health awareness, community outreach, self-awareness, and (drumroll, please!) a brand-new, soon-to-be-announced focus area that will take our program to the next level.

What makes us different? Our innovative hybrid model! We blend the convenience of virtual mentoring—reaching girls across South Carolina—with the magic of in-person connection. Local participants can join our in-person sessions in Columbia, SC, where they’ll collaborate, connect, and grow alongside mentors and peers.
