Deneshia Morgan, a proud wife and mother of four from Columbia, SC, owns Operations D Logistics LLC. She's committed to inspiring young women. 

Deneshia loves helping others and has been giving back to her community for years, especially through mentoring. She started with Big Brothers Big Sisters, then Big Pearl Little Pe

Deneshia Morgan, a proud wife and mother of four from Columbia, SC, owns Operations D Logistics LLC. She's committed to inspiring young women. 

Deneshia loves helping others and has been giving back to her community for years, especially through mentoring. She started with Big Brothers Big Sisters, then Big Pearl Little Pearl, and now serves as a mentor and Regional Director with Authentique Beauties pageant system. 

Her motto: "The only thing that can stop you is yourself, so keep pushing forward no matter what's in your way!"

Allison Chapman, originally from Newberry, SC, now resides in Irmo, SC. She holds a bachelor's degree from The University of South Carolina and a master's from Walden University. Allison works as an elementary school counselor and has been involved with youth for 7 years, including volunteering. Recently, she's been collaborating
